Victoria House is a welcoming 30-bed care home, beautifully situated beside St James’ Church in the heart of the peaceful village of Ryhill, Wakefield.
We provide both residential and nursing care for older people, supporting a wide range of needs, including complex and high-dependency care.
Our approach is centred around dignity, respect and compassion, ensuring every individual feels safe, valued and truly at home.
At Victoria House, we are more than just a care home – we are a family. Our Home Manager, Michelle Prime, brings many years of experience within the care sector, leading our team with professionalism, kindness and a genuine commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
The home itself is thoughtfully furnished in a traditional style, creating a calm and comforting environment. With an emphasis on safety, tranquillity and familiarity, Victoria House offers a true sense of home where residents can relax, feel secure and enjoy each day.
